I can’t believe I wasn’t able to do any Halloween features this year. I had about five planned but I just ran out of time in the States, and I can’t really cook in Afghanistan. There is always next year.

The fiery chef has struck fear into the hearts of hapless cooks on Hell’s Kitchen and Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares.

Now he has topped a Radio Times poll of TV’s most terrifying celebrities.
